Clients are provided the highest standard of personalized care. Jamie focuses her energy on each client’s needs which creates exceptional results.

Insurance

All managed care plans involve direct clinical management by the plan’s case managers. If you access therapy though your managed care plan, it makes it necessary for your therapist to disclose anything and everything related to your case to your managed care provider. To safe guard the confidentiality of my clients, I have chosen not to accept insurance. However, a monthly statement with necessary documentation for requesting reimbursement for out-of-network benefits will be provided.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of services and can be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved unless it is canceled. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, the client will not be financially responsible for that time.
